The power of aging successfully

Dahn Yoga for Seniors is a modified Brain Education System Training (BEST) program designed for our aging communities.

Dahn Yoga is a form of exercise that easily adapts to the needs and abilities of Senior Citizens while improving overall mind and body health.

Dahn Foundation volunteers are teaching Dahn Yoga in modified forms to Seniors to help them strengthen their bodies, clear and calm their minds and help them generate an overall sense of relaxation. With the help of our Dahn Foundation volunteers, many Seniors are approaching their aging lives more positively and creating health, happiness and peace within.

Dahn Foundation volunteer instructors are teaching in the Honolulu area to nearly 270 seniors each week at 5 separate senior community centers. In Arizona our volunteer instructors are teaching at Sunbird Golf Retirement Community & Evergreen health and rehabilitation center
