Orientation/Instructor Training

Orientation and Instructor training are conducted on the same day, either on Saturday or Sunday depending on the area. The first two hours are dedicated to the Orientation and the next 6 hours are for Instructor Training.

Orientation – 2 hour session

• Mission and purpose
• History
• Current Activities

Instructor – 6 hour session

• How to teach a basic Dahn Yoga class
• Practice and Q&A time
• Learn how to teach BEST health seminars
• Build community with other volunteers

Fee – $30 (Includes a Dahn Foundation Volunteer T-shirt and a Volunteer instructors manual)
